Gail is an Independent Living Specialist/clinical therapist and supports coordinator in the St. Clair County office of the BWCIL. Gail is responsible for services to persons with developmental disabilities through a contractual agreement with St. Clair County Community Mental Health. She focuses on assuring meaningful consumer involvement implementing a Person Centered Planning (PCP) approach, providing advocacy, IL Skills development, education and linking to community resources.

Gail has worked as a Social Worker in the State of Michigan since 1974, both for the State and in the non-profit sector. She is a LPC with extensive counseling training and work experience. Gail has a BA in Social Work and is credentialed as a LBSW, with a Masters in Rehabilitative Counseling from the University of Michigan.
