BWCIL can assist individuals with job-related issues such as:
• Explaining worker rights and responsibilities 
• Obtaining referrals to job training or employment organizations
• Training in the “soft skills” needed for successful interviews and employment
• Teaching job skills in Staying Employed 101 classes
• Providing services for at-risk employees, including identifying and requesting reasonable 
   accommodations
• Educating people on issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 
• Providing sensitivity and disability awareness training
