BWCIL offers fee-based services for individuals dealing with substance abuse.

Substance abuse assessments:

We offer two types of assessments:
  1. A biopsychosocial assessment questionnaire and various instruments which have established
reliability and validity factors. Following the process, we compile a report consistent with
    JACHO format.
  2. Assessments for individuals attempting to restore their driver’s licenses. The process is similar to #1, but the report is provided on the form required by the Secretary of State Driver’s License
    Appeal Division.
Substance abuse education:
We also offer a six-hour substance abuse education course covering the process of addiction, common drugs, abuse, and treatment options. The course meets the requirements of the US DOT for individuals
in safety sensitive positions and has been accepted by a number of courts in Michigan, California,
Wisconsin, and other states for individuals with controlled substance convictions.
